HERITAGE TEA TOWEL – 17ème siècle

The rustic Heritage Tea Towel is a product of centuries-old French and Irish linen artisanry. The textured, soft linen is visually reminiscent of antique farming grain sacks and is 100% natural with a heavy weave and a textural slub. The signature grain sack stripe cotton ribbon loop in black and creme makes for handy hanging.

The brand insignia 17ème siècle “17th Century” sewn like a mending patch, represents the official date and formal beginning of the Irish linen trade led by French linen master, Louis Crommelin, in the late 1600’s. The patch is a signifier of our linen’s quality and provenance. All French Consul tea towels pair beautifully together for your kitchen table and are the perfect housewarming gift.
